PRODUCT / SERVICE ORDERS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Ordering through the e-shop is the conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You can obtain a valid order through the e-shop, as long as you are legally capable of complying with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (unless you have reached the age of eighteen and you do not qualify for legal assistance in the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders may also be made by representatives of legal entities while the company reserves the right to demand from the supervisor or guardian any orders placed by incompetent persons.
All orders are accompanied by an invoice or receipt showing the products, quantities and all charges in detail (VAT, excise duties, shipping costs). In the case of a gift, the order is accompanied by a shipping note showing the products and quantities, but not the prices. The invoice or retail receipt of the gift can be sent to the customer by email, fax, or mail. The company keeps a copy of any invoice or retail receipt in its file.
APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS
This contract of use is governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the Directives and Regulations of European Law and the relevant International provisions, and shall be construed in accordance with the rules of good faith, trading ethics and the economic and social purpose of the right. The courts of Athens shall be the competent courts for any disputes arising out of this Convention.
